The MV Mark W Barker has made the turn into the Watson Basin and heads for the City Ship Canal with a load of Michigan Sand for the CSI Sand Dock. This was her second visit to Buffalo after being launched in July of 2022. In the distance steam rises from the General Mills plant and the smell of fresh cereal lingers in the air. The NYS Power Authority icebreakers William H Latham and Breaker II can be seen docked at the Power Authority docks on the left. 9-25-22
